Please just end this misery and make changes

This team man. I don't know what else to say, but getting Molly whopped by Cleveland should open your eyes to make the changes. Grier needs to go first and find a competent General Manager who can construct everything from the inside out. If he wants to either keep or get rid of McDaniel, it's all up to him, cause I'd give him the keys, and I would say this is your team, do what you want, and make this team a perennial juggernaut, cause this is absolutely horrid with this team. I have no clue what else to say. If a firing happens tomorrow, then I will blog about it, but I'm just at a loss for words right now. Sorry for the short blog. Fins Up.
