Miami is the 7 seed in West Region and they will take on the 10 Missouri in St. Louis on Friday, March 20th
Miami made the Big Dance

I will say this season is an instant success at the beginning of Jai Lucas's career. Miami clinched the 7th seed, and they will take on the 10th seed, the Missouri Tigers. Jai Lucas's impact has been huge, and it makes me feel hopeful about what's ahead for the Hurricanes. After having the worst season in my lifetime as a Hurricanes fan, it's good to get them back into the big dance. The winner has to take on the Big Ten champion, Purdue, and Purdue is always a tough matchup with Matt Painter as their head coach, but in March, anything is possible. The last time the Canes made it to the big dance they made it all the way to the Final 4, and the year before that they made it to the Elite 8, do I see that happening this year, no, but I'm just stoked that the Canes made it back cause they are my favorite team and it always gives me something to look forward to. Friday can't come fast enough. Depending on what time the game is on, I'll be working. Go Canes.
