Fins Talk: Dolphins beats the Saints, 21-17
Gotta love almost choking

That game was a fun first half, but an atrocious second half. Tua was absolutely garbage that game, with a missed opportunity at one point to get a possible touchdown to Achane, but he was off target. He threw up a pass to Waddle that resulted in an interception, and he missed a third-down conversion to Julian Hill. McDaniel had questionable moments, like after Minkah getting a forced fumble with about 1:08 left in the second quarter, basically didn't have any aggression in trying to get a touchdown on the offensive end, where they wasted about 30 seconds to spike the ball and kick the field goal by Riley Patterson to push the lead to 16-0. Defense played great, the offense's crappy ability to score almost broke the back of the defense, but they managed to get a pick two from Minak, to push the lead to four instead of it being tied, Rasul Douglas had an interception as well, basically the defense carried hard the whole game and stuffed the Saints on a questionable 4th down call to seal the deal. There was an absolutely bogus onside kick recovery by New Orleans that ricocheted off Cam Goode's leg; if you look closely, the ball didn't change direction, but, as I mentioned before, the defense stood them up to win the game. Next week, Miami takes on the Jets, which to me should be a win, but it's how the team wants to come out and play. If they come out flat, chances are the Jets are gonna win that game, but if Miami can make it a complete game, then we push our win streak to a 3-game winning streak and go into Pittsburgh sitting at 6-7, to take on the Steelers in a freezing Monday Night football game. Fins Up.
