Miami 45, Bethune Cookman 3
Miami Recap

I didn't get to see the game because I didn't have ESPN+ or ACC Network Extra. But this isn't going to be a long blog post since it was a game where you'd expect it to be a blowout. Overall, from looking at the stats, Carson Beck played really well, going 22/24, 267 yards, and two touchdowns. The running back room had a nice wealth of carries, with Mark Fletcher Jr. leading the way with 11 carries for 86 yards and two touchdowns. Malachi Toney is continuing his awe-inspiring freshman campaign with six catches for 80 yards, and CJ Daniels also balled out with five catches for 73 yards and two touchdowns. All around, the defense limited Bethune-Cookman to only 3 points, showcasing the bend-don't-break mentality. Despite Bethune driving down the field after back-to-back big chunk run plays, Bryce Fitzgerald intercepted the ball in the endzone on fourth down. That's all I wanted to cover, since I didn't see the game. It was a scrimmage that didn't need much talking about, and it counted towards the records. Go Canes.
